RWF 200,000/month gross: 0% on 30k + 20% on 70k (100k − 30k) + 30% on 100k (200k − 100k) = 0 + RWF 14,000 + RWF 30,000 = RWF 44,000 PAYE. After 6% pension (RWF 12,000) and 0.5% health (RWF 1,000): Net pay ~RWF 143,000. Effective total deduction: ~28.5%.
